One accused namely Sanjay Singha has been convicted and sentenced 20 years rigorous imprisonment with fine Rs. 50000/-in default rigorous imprisonment for six months by the Ld. ADJ 1st Court, Barrackpore ( Special POCSO Court) on 04.07.2026 in c/w Ghola PS Case No. 59/21 dated 28/01/2021 u/s 376(3) IPC & 4 POCSO Act.
